TitiSpin Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and the team that runs TitiSpin at titispin.chat. By opening the site and using it, as a guest or with an account, you accept them. We have tried to keep them readable; where a rule exists, we say why. Questions go to [email protected].

You need to be 18 or older, and old enough under local law to agree to these terms. If you are under 18, you may not use TitiSpin in any way, including as a guest. Accounts that break the age rule are closed when we find them.
Using a video chat like this must also be legal where you are. If we have closed one of your accounts before, do not open another without asking us first.
You can use TitiSpin as a guest or with an account. Either way, the activity on it is your responsibility, so do not share your login or hand your account to someone else, and do not sell it. If you think someone else has got into your account, email [email protected] straight away and we will help you lock it down.
TitiSpin is a random video chat. Tap Spin and you are matched one-on-one with another person, on video by default, with voice and text as alternatives. You can also browse people who are online, follow someone, message them or call them from their profile, watch live streams and, with an account, take part in clubs.
TitiSpin is a social service. It is not a game of chance and nothing on it pays out money. The word "spin" describes the button that finds your next match, nothing more.
In a live stream you can watch, comment, send gifts and ask for a one-on-one call from inside the stream. Members watch streams on TitiSpin; broadcasting your own is switched off for users. Comments follow the same rules as everything else.
Clubs are group chats started and run by registered users. Joining or creating one needs an account, a new club is reviewed before it appears, and each club has its own house rules, such as no screenshots and no sharing outside contact details. Club owners can remove members; we can remove clubs.
TitiSpin is free to start. New users receive some matches without paying, and the Reward Center at the top of the match screen gives out more free matches for time spent online, more than once a day. Once those are used, matches and some other features use coins. VIP, a paid membership, is entirely optional.
Coins and VIP are purchased through the payment options shown in the app. You will always see what something costs on screen before your payment goes through. Coins are not money: they cannot be cashed out, swapped for money or moved to another account. Gifts sent in live streams use coins and cannot be taken back once sent.
Profile photos, messages and anything else you post remain yours. You give us permission to store, display and deliver it so the service works, for example showing your profile photo to people browsing who is online. You are responsible for having the right to post it.
Anyone can skip, block or report another user at any time. When we act on a report or on something we notice ourselves, we may remove content, restrict features, suspend or close an account, or block a device from returning. If an account is closed for breaking these terms, unused coins and VIP time are not refunded.
Where someone may be in danger, or where the law requires it, we may pass information to the authorities.
We work to keep TitiSpin running and pleasant, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available, that you will be matched instantly, or that every person you meet will behave well. Other users are responsible for what they say and do. To the extent the law allows, TitiSpin is provided as it is, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
These terms will change from time to time as TitiSpin changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use TitiSpin after a change means you accept it. If you do not agree, stop using the service and, if you like, ask us to delete your account at [email protected].
