TitiSpin What We Collect

What We Collect

This page lists every kind of information TitiSpin handles, one item at a time. For each one you get three things: what it is, why we need it, and what control you have. The full rules are in the Privacy Policy; this is the quick inventory. Anything missing? Tell us at [email protected].

01 Guest identifier

  • What it is: a random ID created when you first open the site, stored in your browser.
  • Why: it lets you start matching without an account and keeps your session working between visits.
  • Your control: clear your browser storage and it is gone; a new one is created next time.

02 Device and connection details

  • What it is: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language and approximate country derived from the IP address.
  • Why: to deliver the site, choose sensible defaults, detect automated abuse and understand which devices to support.
  • Your control: this is sent by every browser to every site; a VPN changes what we see, though it may make matching slower.

03 Account details

  • What it is: what you provide when you sign up, such as your email address or the details of the sign-in method you pick.
  • Why: to keep your follows, messages, clubs and purchases tied to you across devices.
  • Your control: guests never provide these; account holders can ask us to delete the account and its details.

04 Profile content

  • What it is: display name, photos, bio, gender and any other details you add to your profile.
  • Why: so other people know who they are talking to when they browse or get matched with you.
  • Your control: edit or remove any of it in your settings at any time.

05 Match and call records

  • What it is: when a match or call happened, its mode (video, voice or text), its length and how it ended.
  • Why: to run matching fairly, apply free matches and coins correctly and investigate reports.
  • Your control: kept as service records; included when you request a copy of your data.

06 Camera and microphone streams

  • What it is: the live picture and sound from your device during a video or voice match or call.
  • Why: to carry them to the one person you are talking to, which is the whole point of video chat.
  • Your control: your browser asks permission first; choose text, cover the camera or tap Next whenever you like.

07 Messages and translations

  • What it is: text you send in chats, private messages and clubs, and translated versions when translation is used.
  • Why: to deliver messages, keep your conversation history and show translations on request.
  • Your control: you choose what to type; ask us to delete your account to remove your history.

08 Follows, blocks and reports

  • What it is: who you follow, who you have blocked and reports you file or receive, with any screenshots you attach.
  • Why: to show your list of people, keep blocked people away from you and review behavior that breaks the rules.
  • Your control: unfollow or unblock at any time; reports are kept while they are relevant to safety.

09 Live stream activity

  • What it is: which streams you watched, comments you posted and gifts you sent.
  • Why: to show your comments in the stream, deliver gifts and keep coin balances accurate.
  • Your control: comments are visible to others in that stream, so treat them as public.

10 Purchases and coin balance

  • What it is: what you bought, when, for how much, your coin balance and VIP status. Card numbers go straight to the payment provider; we do not keep them.
  • Why: to deliver what you paid for and keep records that payment and tax rules require.
  • Your control: these records are kept for as long as the law asks, even after an account is closed.

11 Reward Center activity

  • What it is: time spent online and rewards claimed from the Reward Center on the match screen.
  • Why: to hand out free matches correctly and prevent one person from claiming them many times over.
  • Your control: claiming is optional; you can simply ignore the Reward Center.

12 Club activity

  • What it is: clubs you joined, applied to or created, and the messages, photos and short videos you post inside them.
  • Why: to show club conversations to other members, handle join requests and review new clubs before they appear.
  • Your control: leave a club at any time; club owners can remove posts in their own club, and you can ask us about anything you posted.

13 Settings and preferences

  • What it is: choices you make in the app, such as your preferred match mode, translation on or off and notification settings.
  • Why: so the site behaves the way you set it up the next time you open it.
  • Your control: change them whenever you like; clearing browser storage resets guest preferences.

14 What is not on this list

  • Not sold: none of the items above is sold to anyone, as the Privacy Policy explains.
  • Not guessed at: if you share something with us that this page does not mention, ask and we will tell you exactly how it is handled.

15 Support emails

  • What it is: messages you send to [email protected] and our replies.
  • Why: to help you, and to spot problems many people run into.
  • Your control: ask us to delete the conversation once your issue is solved.
